SEO in 2026 is a wider discipline than it was even a couple of years ago. A genuinely strong technical SEO setup now includes: split sitemap architecture by content type, per-page-type structured data (JSON-LD) so search engines and AI systems understand what a page actually is, an AI-search/AEO layer (llms.txt, AI-crawler allow-listing) so the site is legible to AI answer engines and not just traditional search, and Core Web Vitals treated as a hard constraint on design decisions rather than a post-launch cleanup task.
Most sites still treat SEO as an afterthought layered on top of the design. We build it in from the schema up, because retrofitting it later is far more expensive than doing it right the first time.
